The 3rd SONA

     State of the Nation Address or what we call SONA is one of the biggest event in a country. It is where a president of a country will say his speech about his country, what happened to his people and what happened in his experience in his position as a president and how he will solve a problem.

     In July 23, 2018 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte held his 3rd SONA. I kinda like what he did and said. its like he became a kind person. All he said was true. Like the environment, he says that he don't want our environment to be destroyed. So he want a department for the protection of our surroundings. he care about the lives of his people not their rights, he don't care about it but he want everybody to be safe and happy living in his country. Its good that he will solve all the problems in his country and his people.

     I hope that he will do everything he said. A SONA is like a message to everybody that the president will tell. The SONA of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is a speech that will never forgotten and it is a meaningful speech of all time.

The Month of July

     July is the month called Nutrition Month. So many school have a celebration about nutrition. Like in ISNHS, we always celebrate it every year. We do so many activities. The theme in this year is Ugaliing Magtanim Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin. 

     Theme is about planting vegetables and fruits too. Many farmers are working and suffering just to plant and what are we doing were just refusing to eat those vegetables. If we plant some of them so that we will harvest it when they are ripe then eat them so that it will give us a lot of nutritious components to make us healthy and strong children. Eat some veggies and fruits because it is important and think the sacrifices that had been done just to harvest that vegetables and fruits.

     You must eat some veggies to become a healthy person. Do that for the sake of others and you for lifestyle and for our sake as well.

The Things You Must Understand

Dear Mr. President,

     Good morning sir, this is my letter to you. in our country, drugs is the common problem because many people use it and abuse it. Many drug users die because they fight back to the police. We, is that the right thing to do? I think we have to stop this killing, please give them a second chance. Another is the drug test to grade 4 to college. You think a grade 4 pupil will do something like that, well a high school and a college student have a possibility to do that.

     I hope that Mr. President will make these things right. He must remove the killings to the drug users even they fight back. They have some reasons why they do that you must understand them. Please stop the drug test for the grade 4 pupils because they're just kids, they will never do that. I hope you will understand my reason for telling this.

Celebrate The Day We Got Our Freedom

     Independence day, June 12 is the day we Filipinos got our freedom. That day our heroes strive to fight to get it. Some Filipinos  died during the battle. We won the battle between the people who  plunder us. So that we celebrate it today.


     We celebrate it every year to remember the sacrifices of our heroes that have done to save our beloved country. Of course, its to return the favor that they did and give them our respect. To do that, we visit their graves and offer them some flowers. We tell stories about them too and share it to the children. The most important is that they saved us all from our horrible past.


     Independence day is the most unforgettable day to us. It is the day we have our peace. So that we remember our heroes who save our country. In return we pay them respect in exchange to their sacrifices. So we have to celebrate June 12, our Independence day.
